Very pleased with my progress!
I have worked with Craig O'Toole since May 2005. I have been very pleased with my progress to date and look forward to my workouts with him.
I find that his knowledge does not just extend to fitness and training, but also to nutrition and the "health" side of what we are trying to achieve. He is also conscious of the risks of injury and these have been avoided whilst training with him.
I continue to work with Craig on a weekly basis and see no reason why this should not continue."
