Personal Training
Personal Training is the development of a goal orientated and specific exercise programme together with 1-2-1 supervision and motivation. Once we have assessed your medical history and current level of health and fitness we develop you a specific exercise programme to help you achieve your goals. The programme is progressed and adapted as your fitness improves to ensure you continually improve and never get bored.
We reassess your fitness regularly to ensure you are progressing to wards your goals and to give you feedback and motivation.
