Boxing is one of the most popular training methods we offer. It improves Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Co-ordination and is a fantastic Stress reliever. We will teach you all the basics of boxing just as you would learn at a boxing club before moving you onto more advanced skills and drills. We only use top of the range boxing equipment to ensure that your training is safe, effective and above all fun. Boxing training is suitable for both males and females and all ages and fitness levels as it can be easily adapted.
We are qualified to teach boxing through OUTBOX, who's courses are run by current World Champion David Haye and his coach Adam Boothe, so we really have learnt from the best.
