Hello and thanks for checking out the site, my name is Craig O'Toole and I am the principle trainer and owner of Craig O'Toole Personal Training. For the past 5 years I have been successfully helping people lose weight, get in shape and train for sports & events. I have trained people for many challenges including; the London Marathon, Tough Guy, Para’s 10 Challenge and London to Brighton Bike Ride as well as helping many people lose weight and get into shape.
My areas of expertise are Weight Loss, Core Stability, Posture, Sports Specific Training and Kettlebells. This September I am continuing my own professional development by studying Applied Strength and Conditioning (Masters Level) to help me achieve my own goal of working with elite athletes.
I am currently working with businesses offering seminars to their staff on heart health, posture, exercise for health and healthy diet. I am also in the process of setting up a fitness holidays company, offering luxury accommodation and training in fantastic locations worldwide.
I was recently asked to travel to Norway by Exerto.com to be filmed for their on-line exercise video library – I was one of only two instructors approached from the UK. I have also recently been approached by BBC Radio to regularly appear on a new Food & Health programme being hosted by celebrity chef Nick Coffer, as well as being a regular contributor various lifestyle and health magazines.

My philosophy is be your personal best. I believe that to help you improve yourself, I need to be constantly improving myself. My programme of Continued Professional Development means that I regularly attend courses & conventions and keep up to date with current research, so I will always be bringing you the most up to date information on training, nutrition, health and well-being.
