Depending on your needs your session may include some or all of the following: Running/Jogging, Boxing, Pilates, Kettlebell, Medicine Ball, Circuit Training and for the slightly mad the infamous Sledge Hammer Training. The sessions are challenging but fun to keep you motivated and interested!

Corporate Wellness
The Corporate Wellness programme provides a series of seminars specifically designed to meet the needs of modern business. Keeping your staff healthy and motivated is important to the success of your company and we have developed a series of seminars to do so. We provide vital information on exercise, diet, health and lifestyle in a fun and interactive way designed to engage with your staff and not to lecture them.

Help for Heroes
We are raising money for Help for Heroes by competing in the Para's 10 Challenge on Sunday the 12th of September. The race consists of running with a 35lb back pack 10 miles cross county whist wearing army boots. The race is based on the Parachute Regiments selection test and the pass time is 1:50 - so that's the target!
