Craig has been my personal trainer for the past 2 years, during which time he has greatly improved my state of health in a highly professional but friendly and sympathetic manner.
I find that Craig pays particular attention to my ability to cope during the training period, both careful and supportive, whilst at the same time extending and stretching my potential for increased activity and higher performance.
