Thanks for checking the site out and well done for taking the first steps towards getting the body you desire. We provide mobile personal training to Watford and the surrounding areas. We can meet you at home, at work or a public place for your sessions and we’ll bring all the kit that’s needed. Our clients often say the gym comes to them.

So how does it all work?
Stage 1 – Phone Consultation
The first stage is to get in touch via the Free Consultation page. We’ll then give you a call within 24 hours for an initial phone consultation. You’ll be able to get all the information you need and we can start to get to know you. You might not quite be ready to start and just want a little info, that’s fine, just get in touch.
Stage 2 – Free Face To Face Consultation
For your Free Consultation we’ll come and meet you at a time and a place that’s convenient. The consultation is split into two sections. First we sit down and complete a thorough medical and lifestyle screening to learn as much as we can about you and your goals. The second stage is the Fitness Assessment where we test:
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Heart Rate
- Weight
- Body Fat Percentage
- Muscle Mass
- Metabolic Age
- Visceral Fat
- Body Mass Index
- 8 Different Circumference Measurements
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Upper Body Strength
- Lower Body Strength
- 14 Different Flexibility Assessments
- Static Posture Assessment
- 4 Different Dynamic Movement Assessments




After all that you’ll probably need a sit down but we’ll have lots of information on which to base your Personal Training programme. Don’t worry about he fitness testing, its designed to allow us to asses your current physical condition – not push you until you feint. We then agree a time, day and place for your regular training sessions, sign the paperwork and that’s stage 2 complete.
Stage 3 – Your First Personal Training Session
Since your Free Consultation we’ll have taken a good look at your results and planned a specific programme to help you achieve your goals. On your first session we’ll take the time to carefully explain your programme and take you through all the exercises. We wan’t to make sure you’re happy with everything, especially if you’re going to be training without us during the week. We’ll also provide you with a food diary to complete for our next session.
Stage 4 – Continued Training Towards Your Goals
This stage involves making regular adaptation and improvements to you personal training and diet programme, all the time keeping your goals in mind. We’ll also discuss and decide upon which fitness tests we wish to retake and at what intervals to keep you motivated and on track. We’ll also stay in touch via, text, phone and email to keep you on track.
