There are many personal trainers in Watford, but none I could find that took the time to understand my goals, personal & physical limitations, and build a specific plan to address these. Having worked with Craig I was able to lose 41lbs in weight and now have a completely different outlook on my personal health and fitness. Thanks to Craig I now have the fitness bug and run 30 miles a week, which is great training for the London Marathon, I just hope I get a place!
