Welcome to Craig O’Toole Personal Training. We provide Personal Trainer services to Rickmansworth, Northwood, Watford, Bushey, Stanmore, Kings Langley and the surrounding areas. We bring all the equipment that is needed for a safe, effective and fun workout out to your home, work place or public area, all you need is a pair of trainers – the gym comes to you!

Our Corporate Wellness programme provides a series of seminars specifically designed to meet the needs of modern business. We know that keeping your staff healthy and motivated is important to the success of your company and have developed our seminars to do so. We provide vital information on exercise, diet, health and lifestyle in a fun and interactive way designed to engage with your staff and not to lecture them. We know that the only way to help someone change their behaviour is to get them enthusiastic about the benefits they will receive as a result. Help for Heroes
 
We are raising money for Help for Heroes by competing in the Para's 10 Challenge on Sunday the 12th of September. The race consists of carrying a 35lb back pack 10 miles cross county whist wearing army boots. The race is based on the Parachute Regiments section test and the pass time is 1:50 - so thats our target!
 
We are aiming to raise £1000 so we really need your help!
